Discover the Navitas difference
With more than 19 years experience as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we understand the demands of industry and business, and tailor our courses to meet these needs. Our core focus is to deliver measureable results that can be sustained both in the short and long term. Our courses are developed in conjunction with leading industry bodies and delivered by practising professionals.
What sets us apart
Based on the latest adult learning principles, we’ve designed our training to be fun, challenging, exciting, effective and highly interactive. Instead of reading from manuals (the conventional training approach), we use creative activities, role plays and group discussions.
We also provide unique and innovative proprietary processes and tools, which complement our style of training. So, you will come away with the knowledge and skills to help you achieve your goals.
Tailored to meet your needs
We start by understanding your needs and then work closely with you to see where improvements can be made and gaps filled. We then work with you to prioritise your goals and tailor a program that addresses your needs both in the short and long term.
Your place or ours
We understand that time out of the office can be costly and inconvenient. That’s why we give you the option of receiving onsite training at your organisation. Of course, you can also choose to do your training at one of our state-of-the-art learning facilities across Australia.
