If you’re looking to recruit Registered Nurses (RNs) from overseas, Navitas Workforce Solutions (NWS) can help you throughout the entire process. We specialise in the recruitment and relocation of international Registered Nurses for Australian organisations, and manage the entire relocation process.

Choose from qualified professionals

At Navitas Workforce Solutions, we only represent dedicated professionals who plan to relocate to Australia specifically to work in their field of expertise and for your organisation. The professionals we select come from countries where their nursing skills are recognised by Australian Nursing Registration boards, so you will not have to spend valuable time and money on retraining.

To minimise your obligations and financial risk during the early stages, RNs can be initially sponsored by NWS and then contracted exclusively to your organisation for a period of up to four years. This is called our on-hire service.

Alternatively, you can hire RNs directly, in which case we will take care of all the recruitment requirements and assist with relocations and immigration as required.

How we make it work for you

1. We can employ and relocate Registered Nurses (and their families) from overseas to work specifically for you, or we can assist with the permanent recruitment of nurses.
2. At the end of the initial contracted period you can hire the nurse(s).
3. All costs of employment for on-hire nurses, such as Payroll Tax and Workers Compensation, and any other associated costs of employment are covered by NWS.
4. We will take care of the entire relocation process
5. Our on-hire employed nurses are hired through NWS, which means we are responsible for meeting the costs of employment and award requirements.
6. The hourly rates we charge for RNs are set according to the salary levels required and are often cheaper than agency rates.
7. If the nurses are full-time employees of NWS, by law they are not able to ‘moonlight’ or terminate their contract without notice, but they can resign.
8. To ensure transparency, you are free to review all contracts and agreements signed by our RNs.
