The program is designed to prepare you for working in Australia by offering you hands-on, practical work experience and professional workplace training.

Our program participants spend 4-52 weeks working in their chosen industry alongside Australian professionals in a host organisation.
How you will benefit from the program
The Australian Internship Program offers individuals the opportunity to develop their professional abilities while discovering another culture and way of life. Participants will have many opportunities for cultural enrichment and community benefit as well as the option to improve their English language skills.
Who is it for?
To qualify, you must:
- be between the ages of 18 and 30
- have completed or be currently completing a related course or degree
- have evidence of a minimum IELTS 5.5 in all bands unless you are a citizen of the USA, Republic of Ireland or the UK
- have a successful study history (for Professional Internship)
- have at least 6 months experience working in the hospitality industry (for Hospitality internship only)
